- Please book at least 1 Day in advance before the visit date.
- Free transfer service to all accommodation places within a 5km radius of Chiang Mai’s Old City.
- Transport from locations outside this area will incur a surcharge.
- Customers will be collected in a 9-seater, air-conditioned van for the first part of the journey.
- What to bring: A hat, bathing suit, sunscreen, insect repellant, towel, change of clothes and shoes, and a copy of the passport photo page (or passport number).
- The actual pick-up time will be sent via a separate email. Please arrive at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Infants between ages 1 and 3 years old are Free of Charge
- Children between ages 4-10 will be charged at child price.

- Arrive at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Chiang Mai and complete the necessary registration forms. Meet your friendly tour guides and listen to an introductory talk.
- Immerse Yourself: Observing Elephants in their Natural Habitat
- After the educational introduction and a safety briefing, you will change into a "Karen shirt" and move to a viewing platform to observe and click pictures of elephants engaging in natural behaviours in a beautiful jungle setting.
- Hands-On Elephant Feeding Experience: Create and Serve a Nutritious.
- Assist your guide in creating a nutritious breakfast for the elephants.
- Participate in an open discussion about the elephant behaviours you witnessed throughout the morning. Your guide will offer a brief Q&A session, during which you can share your observations, insights, and photos with other visitors and the EJS team and ask any questions you might still have about elephants.
